Built for long,remote rides

Mips, Crash Alert and lights at head height, miles from the trailhead.

Built for the ride far from help

Hours alone. Loose ground that shifts without warning. Light that fades on the way back.

Most helmets assume smooth roads and help close by. AURA MIPS is made for the ride that's neither.

Long days. Remote routes. A helmet that's ready for both.

The difference

Gravel asks more of a helmet

Three things change when the pavement ends.

  • Angled falls. MIPS helps reduce rotational forces when loose ground shifts under you.
  • Solo miles. Crash Alert sends your location to your contacts if you go down hard.
  • Changing light. Front and rear lights at head height, always with you, never left at home.

Comodidad

Made for hour five

Light and ventilated

440 g and 14 vents. Built to stay comfortable through long climbs and longer days, with nothing pressing or rattling at mile 60.

Magnetic visor

Snaps on and off in seconds as the route moves from open road to shaded forest. When the trees close in, flip it up to the rest position.

Secure fit

The fit system and Fidlock magnetic buckle stay put on washboard and rough descents. Adjust it once and it holds, hour after hour.

Everything gravel needs

Questions

I already have a MIPS helmet. Why AURA MIPS?

MIPS is the baseline. AURA MIPS adds Crash Alert for solo rides, lights for low light and comfort built for long days.

Isn't this more tech than I need?

Each feature has one job. Crash Alert covers solo miles, the lights cover dawn and dusk, and the visor covers changing sun.

How does it compare to my road helmet?

It's built for comfort over long distances, not for shaving grams. 440 g with 14 vents.

Which size do I need?

AURA MIPS comes in S (51 to 55 cm), M (55 to 59 cm) and L (59 to 62 cm). Measure around your head just above your eyebrows, and if you're between sizes, choose the larger one.
